Last updated: 26 Jul 2026. These terms govern your use of CoduXO, operated by CCSN Technology Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
2. Purchases & licences
Buying an item grants you a licence as described in our licence terms — not ownership of the underlying code's copyright, which remains with the seller. Licences may be revoked if a payment is reversed or refunded.
3. Sellers
Sellers warrant that submitted items are their original work or properly licensed, contain no malicious code, and infringe no third-party rights. Sellers indemnify CoduXO against claims arising from their items. We may remove items or suspend sellers at our discretion.
4. Payments & taxes
Prices for Indian buyers include GST where applicable; a tax invoice is issued for every order. As an e-commerce operator we deduct statutory TDS and GST TCS from seller earnings as required by Indian law.
5. Prohibited use
You may not redistribute purchased items, resell licences, upload malicious or infringing code, or attempt to bypass licence verification.
6. Liability
Items are provided by independent sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the company's registered jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
