What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and invoice data (including GSTIN if you provide one), seller KYC documents (PAN, GSTIN, payout details — stored encrypted), licence activation data (domains, IP addresses), and basic usage data such as recently viewed items.
How we use it
To process orders and payouts, issue tax invoices, verify licences, prevent fraud and abuse, meet statutory obligations (GST, TDS), and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card and banking details are processed by Razorpay and Stripe — we never store them. Payment processors handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Retention & rights
Invoices and tax records are retained as required by Indian law. You may request a copy or deletion of your other personal data via the contact page; deletion requests are honoured except where retention is legally required.
