Digital goods are delivered instantly, so refunds follow these rules — designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers.
Eligible for refund
- Item not as described — features advertised on the item page are materially missing or non-functional.
- Item is broken — does not work as documented and the seller cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- Item not downloaded — refunds requested before any download are honoured within 14 days of purchase.
Not eligible
- You changed your mind, bought by mistake, or lack the expertise to install the item.
- The item doesn't meet a requirement that was never stated on its page.
- Issues caused by your modifications or third-party conflicts.
Process
Open a refund request from your purchase within 30 days. The seller responds first; unresolved requests escalate to CoduXO staff, whose decision is final. Approved refunds revoke the licence and return funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
